AgroCorp And The Vineyard Project
The Vineyard Project by AgroCorp is spread over 22 acres on NH648. Investors can buy plots of varying sizes. The project is about 45 minutes from Hebbal and 1 hour away from the airport.
Building a farmhouse on the Vineyard Project lets you breathe fresh air and live in a lush green environment without giving up on any of the comforts of modern life. This is also a good venue for get-togethers, weekend parties and intimate family celebrations. You could even host a small wedding here!
These plots will be developed and maintained as part of a managed farm community. Grape vines will be grown on about 60% of each plot. 25% will be reserved for a multipurpose zone and the remaining will be set aside for a lawn and a farmhouse.
The grapes harvested from the vineyard will be sold to Grover Zampa and the income shared with the landowner. Landowners do have the choice of planting something else instead of a vineyard but in that case, the management will be left to the landowner.
