Ghousia Engineering College (GEC) is a private institute of technical education located in the Ramanagaram town on the Mysore – Bangalore highway in Karnataka. This unaided and self-financed engineering college was established in the year 1980. The college is owned and managed by Ghousia Industrial and Engineering Trust, Bangalore. It is recognized by the Government of Karnataka and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum.
Since its inception, the college has been consistently imparting quality education to the students. The college has a vision to provide the highest level of technical education to the students by engaging the best teaching staff and by providing the latest infrastructural facilities inside the college campus.
