Renewal Retreat Centre (RRC) is a Christian spiritual organization located on the Christ School Road in Bangalore, Karnataka. The organization is an initiative of the Little Flower Congregation (CST Fathers). The spiritual center was founded in the year 1994 under the guidance and supervision of Rev. Fr. George Jacob Poothakuzhy CST along with other CST priests and some general people.

Since the initiation, the center has been working towards the fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the people. The services at RRC involve proclaiming the word of God, Healing services, Eucharistic Adoration and the celebration of Holy Qurbana.

Renewal Retreat Centre, Bangalore – An Overview

The RRC conducts retreats in various languages like English, Kannada, Malayalam, Konkani, Tamil, etc. All the retreats conducted by this center are performed without charging any fees or monetary benefits. The center has remained witness to thousands of people experiencing God through its retreats.

All the retreats of RCC, Bangalore are led by Rev.Fr.Director & the RRC team. People seeking spiritual services are generally requested to come with only their Bible and note book.

For the residential retreats people are required to bring along a few more things such as pen, bed sheet, pillow covers and toilet articles.

The RRC conducts several services for the spiritual growth of the believers, such as:

  • Regular Services
  • Intercessory Prayer
  • Night Vigil
  • Sacred Heart Night
  • Counseling
  • Confession
  • Holy mass
  • Marian Night

Renewal Retreat Centre, Bangalore – Social Initiatives

The RCC is involved in a lot of social activities, such as:

  • Virunnu (Banquet) Fund – It is a fund for feeding the needy.
  • Karunya Trust – The RRC provides food, medical help, and support for the orphans, aged and widows, financial help for education and marriage and several other social services for the poor and marginalized section of the society through this trust.
  • Yesu Bhavan – It is a home planned for the retired people.
  • Renewal Voice – It is a magazine that acts as the voice of RCC. It helps to spread the message of God among the masses.

How to reach

Bangalore is easily accessible from all parts of the country and abroad.

By air

The city has an international airport that connects it to most major cities and towns of the country and beyond.

By rail

The railway station of Bangalore has several trains connecting it to all other parts of the country.

By road

Bangalore has frequent bus services to and from all other towns and cities of the state. There are several private vehicles available to travel inside the city, like taxis, hired cabs and auto rickshaws. There are buses that ply within the city.

As the Renewal Retreat Centre is centrally located, it is easy to reach the place through the public transport easily available in the city.
