What Does Aayacare Do?
Aayacare is a companion service aimed at making hospital visits less stressful. Their service starts with a pick-and-drop facility that negates the need for elderly people to navigate through traffic themselves or bother with public transport.
At the hospital, Aayacare companions guide patients to the relevant doctors, labs, etc. If required, they offer wheelchair assistance. Once the consultation is over, Aayacare companions will get the medication prescribed and hand them over to the patient as well as take care of any digital payment transactions that need to be made. They even provide refreshments if the patient waits for their turn with the doctor/lab.
It is important to note that Aayacare services do not extend to caring for patients at home. You will need a separate nurse if your loved ones need assistance at home.
