- Visit the official CPGRAMS portal.
- Click here to register if you are not a registered user.
- Click here to sign in if you are a registered user and enter the details.
- Navigate to Grievance and from the drop-down menu, click on Lodge public grievance.
- Choose if your grievance is related to a central government or state government organisation on the registration form.
- Fill in your personal information, such as your name, address, and contact number.
- Describe your grievance in a detailed, clear, and concise manner. You may use ChatGPT to draft your complaint.
- You can also attach any related documents or proofs to support your grievance/complaint, which is optional.
- Review your complaint to ensure it’s accurate and then submit it.
- On submission of the complaint, you will receive a unique Registration ID, which you can use to track the progress of your complaint.
