To make life easier for citizens, the Government of Karnataka has launched an initiative to provide services to citizens of Belgaum on a single platform – Belgaum One. This platform will help them to take advantage of all the services in a time and cost-effective manner. Moreover, the initiative has been made possible by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools.
Belgaum One – Initiative to render different services at one place
The unique concept of one-stop shop has made it convenient for citizens to get services at one stop. The idea behind providing services under one roof is to free citizens from lining up in long queues, visiting different places to avail different services and wasting more time. All the basic and even more than basic services are available here which is beneficial for people who have to visit different places to avail these. Belgaum One is surely a great interface for citizens and different service vendors to interact and benefit one another.

E-Filing of returns: Tax returns can be filed here
RPO: Applying for passports or any issues related to passports can be solved here
Property Tax: Property tax can be paid here
RTO: For availing DL extract or renewal of license and challan, this desk is your destination
Police Verification Services: For various government services, verification is done here
CSC services: Get your mobile data card and DTH card recharged here. LIC Payments and prepaid recharges are also available.
Food services: One can enrol for the ration cards here
Municipal Corporation services: The tax for water is paid here
MESCOM: Electricity bills are paid here for every sub-division
Excide Life Insurance policy: Renewal of Exide Life Insurance policy is done here
KSRTC: Advance ticket booking for KSRTC buses is done here, and cancellation is also done here
Bangalore University: At the Belgaum One center, one can pay fee for Distance education of Bangalore University
PUC Applications: PUC results, Revaluation, and re-totalling services can be availed by students belonging to PUC
Government and Private Job: People looking for jobs can register here for job alerts and also for the application form for purchase
Dish TV: DISH TV users can recharge from this Belgaum One platform
EPIC Card: Services like issuance of card, editing, deleting and modification of card details and also name inclusion can be availed here
