Raja Rajeswari Medical College & Hospital provides excellent infrastructure for the students.

There are spacious and furnished seminar halls equipped with LCD and OHP projectors, screens and white boards. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 500 people and is used for regular conferences and seminars. The examination halls of the college are spacious and well ventilated.
The ACS Convention Hall is a huge one with a seating capacity of 5000 people. This vast space is used as a venue for large conferences, seminars, cultural activities, examination centre and sporting events.

There are more than 10000 books on various subjects in medical and allied health care sciences in this library. Hostel Facilities
The institute has hostel facilities for both male and female students. There are 4 spacious hostels for accommodation of up to 2500 students. Every room is well furnished with table, chair, bed and storage units to provide the students a comfortable environment for studies. Students can opt for individual or shared rooms. Each room has attached bathroom and 24 X 7 water supply. A common room, visitor’s room, laundry and a hygienic mess cater to the needs of the students.
A well furnished guest house is available for guest faculty and visitors. A cafeteria cum restaurant serves the students and faculty at the institution. A modern gymnasium aids students to keep fit and fine.

Eligibility and Admissions
The eligibility for admission into Raja Rajeswari Medical College & Hospital is as follows:
- Candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- Candidates from outside Karnataka State must get eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
- Candidates of minority status should have Tulu speaking certificate from appropriate authorities.
For General Category (GC) Candidate
A candidate must have passed P.U.C. II year or 10+2 equivalent examination recognized by RGUHS securing at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined together and 50% marks in either of the Entrance Test that includes:
- Common Entrance Test (CET)
- Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority (KRLM)
- Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK)
- All India Entrance Test (AIET)
For Scheduled Cast (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Other Backward Community (OBC) Candidate
A candidate must have passed P.U.C II year or 10+2 equivalent examination recognized by RGUHS securing at least 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined together and 50% marks in either of the Entrance Test that includes:
