Reservations and Cancellations at Winter Greens
Reservations made are accepted only after complete payment is received. The cost of the cottages is exclusive of food and beverages. The reservation cost includes 10% administration charges that are not refunded in case of a cancellation.
Cancellations made well before 24 hours of the check-in time are awarded a full refund. Any time after that, a cancellation will mean one day’s rent is charged as cancellation charges.
