Several visitors are concerned that safety is compromised at the mall. This is due to the fact that the fire exits and the emergency exits of the mall are always kept under lock and key. In case of an emergency, this can prove to be a very dangerous situation.
But irrespective of all the complaints and controversies, The Forum stands as one of the prominent landmarks of the city and a great place for shopping and entertainment.
