She also completed MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has the distinction of being the University 1st rank holder and gold medallist in Food & Nutrition at the master degree level.

Raksha Changappa started her career as a lecturer in Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. After that, she worked as a nutrition faculty in the educational institute of a well-known health care chain. She later served as institute head for the same educational institute.
She then worked in managerial and senior managerial positions, in the healthcare oriented, independent profit centers of the same company.
She is currently working on nutrition and health/functional food projects of reputed brands.
