Currently BBMP is issuing two kinds of eKhatas i.e. draft eKhata and final eKhata. The draft eKhatas are prepared using the existing BBMP Property Tax Register. The final eKhatas are issued after the property owners submit the following documents online. The BBMP already published the list of draft eKhatas on its website. The details can be verified here.
- Registered Deed
- eKYC based on Aadhar of the owner
- SAS Property Tax Application Number
- Property Photo
- Documents to prove A-Khata.
- Encumbrance Certificate (if immediate sale/transfer is planned)
A Khata holders are being issued A eKhata while B Khata holders are being issued bEkhata. This eKhata is mandatory for all kinds of property related transactions now.
The BBMP has made available the property documents online for the verification purpose by the owners. The owners can search their property details by clicking here.
