1. Drink Warm Water

Having a few glasses of warm water throughout the day improves the blood circulation through the body, calms the nervous system, and aids in digestion. There are many other benefits of having a glass of warm water, and definitely takes the least amount of time.

2. Yoga And Exercise

Yoga, especially Pranayama (deep breathing exercises) strengthens the muscles and reduces the production of stress hormones.  Likewise, physical activities in the form of exercise help flushing out the bacteria out of the lungs and airways.

3. Use Indian Spices

The spices used in Indian cuisine not only add to the taste of the food but also make it healthy. Turmeric (Haldi) is one such example that has been clinically proven to improve immunity against heart diseases.

Other such spices that are healthy for the body are Coriander, Garlic, Black Pepper, ginger, and curry leaves. Indian spices are your go-to foods that boost the immune system.

4. Take Milk And Yogurt

9. Consume Healthy Fats
