Maravanthe Beach is located 12 km from Kundapur, which is 50 km north of Udupi and 105 km north of Mangalore; and it is a scenic beach that is a must-see for every tourist visiting Karnataka.
The National Highway (NH17) passes at a close distance of 100 m from the shoreline. While traveling on the highway along the beach for a kilometer stretch, you can see the Arabian Sea on one side and the Kodachadri Hills forming a backdrop to the Sauparnika River on the other.
