Skandagiri
Skandagiri, also known as Kalavara Durga, which is around 60 kms from Bangalore and around 3kms from chikballapur. Skandagiri is very close to the Nandi hills and the peak of the hill is approximately 1350 meters and features a beautiful night trek, altitude camping, stunning sunrise, and serene and ocean like clouds.

Honnemaradu
Talaguppa to Honnemaradu:Honnemaradu, the village, having been engulfed in the mid-1960s by the Liganamakki dam, , is in the Shimoga District in north-west Karnataka about 25 km from Sagar town on the way to Jog Falls. It is also the headquarters for Western Ghats Restoration Project. Mupane, a wildlife sanctuary, Jog Falls (26 km), Dabbe Falls (30 km from Jog falls), Tyavarekoppa Tiger and Lion Safari (9 km out of Shimoga), Sagar (a cultural centre), Sharavathi Valley Wildlife Sanctuary and Kaanur Kote, a fort (75 km by road). are worth visiting .

Anatargange
Anatargange is situated about sixty kilometers from Bengaluru, Anthargange is in Kolar. Thorny shrubs cover the hill, while there is dense plantation forest at the base. Flight of steps, halfway the hill leads to an ancient temple. The spring at this temple is claimed to wash off your sins. The forty-five minutes hill climbing will keep you panting for breath and opens up for an extensive and beautiful green plateau on the top. Anthargange is an ideal location for light trek, rock climbing and camping.

Nandi Hills
The beautiful Nandi Hills, popularly known as Nandi Betta or Nandi Durga for the locals and the people of Karnataka. This hillock is situated about 60 km from Bangalore City, about 24 kms from Chickballapur town. Nandi is the bull in Sanskrit, Kannada and Telugu. He is the sacred abode or Vahana to Lord Shiva. Nandi Hills gets its name from the famous Nandi temple situated atop this hill.

BR Hills
The Biligiri Rangaswamy Sanctuary (B R Hills) at K Gudi (Kyathadevara Gudi), just 90 km. from Mysore, on a hilly terrain at an altitude of 3300 ft., (to 5000 ft.,) above sea level. The sanctuary is spread over 525 sq km, interspersed with valleys, streams and scenic spots. It is 226 km by road from Bangalore via Mysore and Chamarajanagar.

Pearl Valley
The Muthyalamaduvu Falls or the Pearl Valley Falls is a gushing stream cascading down from a height of 92 m. The drops of water strewn across the rock surface on impact lend the appearance of scattered pearls. Hence the name. The fall, its sereneambience and the lush green valley is a huge draw for visitors.

Nagarhole
Nagarhole National Park also known as ‘Rajiv Gandhi National Park,’ is located 94 km from Mysore. It is spread between Kodagu and Mysore districts. Located to the northwest of Bandipur National Park, Kabini reservoir separates the two. There were exclusive hunting reserve of the former rulers of Mysore, the park has rich forest cover, small streams, valleys, and waterfalls. Its area stretched to 575 km².

Kemmangundi
Kemmannagundi also known as KR Hills is located in Tarikere of Chikmagalur district in Baba Budan range. It is located at a distance of 255 Kms from Bangalore. It is named after Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV of the Wadiyar dynasty. This was his favourite summer retreat. It is located at a height of 4,705 feet above sea level.
