Facilities Offered

Amblee Resorts offers luxurious and deluxe rooms both with and without air conditioning. All rooms in this resort are provided with private balconies and these are present along the river Cauvery, so you can enjoy your evenings listening to the sounds of the gently flowing stream. The rooms are provided with 24-hour cable television sets, attached baths with hot and cold water, laundry service and sit-outs.

Additional facilities provided in the resort include an open air swimming pool, a card room, fishing and boating facilities, an amphitheatre for cultural activities, and a multi-cuisine restaurant. How to Get to the Resort

The Royal Retreat is situated in Srirangapatna on the Mysore – Bangalore road. It is located at a distance of 120 km from Bangalore and 12 km from Mysore. You can reach the resort from Bangalore or Mysore by road. The nearest airport is the Bangalore International Airport. The drive on the Bangalore Mysore Highway will surely be an enjoyable one.

Activities and Things to Do

  • Srirangapatna is the abode of Lord Ranganathaswamy and this town is just a few miles away, so you can visit the temple during your stay in the hotel.
  • You can also visit Tipu’s tomb, Daria Daulat Bagh, which lies quite close to this resort.
  • The Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary is home to many exotic birds, and you can take a trip to this place during your holiday.
