Tumkur One is a unique project initiated by the Government of Karnataka. This project that comes under Karnataka One offers the citizens a one stop shop for various kinds of services provided by government departments and the private businesses. The services are provided in a convenient, efficient and citizen-friendly manner through the effective use of IT tools. These services are aimed to enhance the transparency and responsiveness towards the citizens’ needs.
Tumkur One – Advantages
Tumkur One is a boon for the citizens. It is an easy and convenient way to provide G2C services in an efficient manner through Integrated Citizen Service Centers. The ‘one stop shop’ concept offers a secure and reliable interface for fast and improved services to the citizens. Since all the services are available under one roof, it is also a cost-effective option for the citizens.
Tumkur One – Services Provided
1. Tumkur City Corporation – Water Tax: Payment of Water Tax. Pay modes available are cash and DD
2. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM): Payment of Electricity Bill through cheque and DD
3. RPO – Generate ARN: Register a slot and generate an acknowledgement form comprising of Application Reference Number (ARN)
4. Cell One: Payment of postpaid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD
5. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL): Payment of landline bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD
6. E-Filing of Returns: E-filing of Returns, Update E-Filing Status, Update E-Filing Status for Form V
7. Airtel (Mobile Post-Paid): Payment of postpaid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD
8. Vodafone (Mobile Post-Paid): Payment of postpaid mobile bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD
9. ING VYSYA Life Insurance: Renewal of ING VYSYA insurance policy. Pay mode available is cash
10. KSRTC: Advance bus ticket booking and ticket cancellation. Pay mode available is cash
11. Bangalore University: Payment of processing fee for Bangalore University Distance Education Application. Pay modes available are cash and DD
12. PUC Applications: Application for Photo Copies, Revaluation, Re-Totaling of Marks, and PUC Results. Pay modes available are cash and DD
13. Karnataka Building and Other Constructions Workers Welfare Board: Collection of Subscription for Registered Workers. Pay mode available is cash.

15. Govt. / Private Job applications: Registration for Govt. Job Alerts and Notifications, Sale of Notification and Job Application Forms, Sale of Monthly and Annual Subscriptions for Newspapers and Publications
16. Police Verification Services: Availability of Police Verification Forms and Collection of Fees for Police Verification Services
17. Tumkur City Corporation– Property Tax: Payment of Property Tax. Pay modes available are cash and DD
18. Tumkur City Corporation– UGD: Payment of Underground Drainage Tax. Pay modes available are cash and DD
19. Sale of Form 2 Application: Avail Form 2 Application Form against cash payment
20. Airtel (Landline Bills): Payment of landline bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD.
21. DISH TV: Recharge of the TOP UP for DISH TV. Pay modes available are cash and credit card
22. RTO: Issuance of RC-Extract for Vehicle and Issuance of DL Extract. Pay mode for both services is cash
23. EPIC CARD: Apply for EPIC Card, modify or delete EPIC Card details, transposition of an entry to a different place in the same constituency, issue of new or updated EPIC Card
24. UIDAI: Generation of e-Aadhar
25. Government Department Forms: Application Forms of various Government Departments to allow citizens to apply for respective services
26. IDEA: Payment of post-paid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque and DD
27. MTS: Payment of MTS post-paid bills. Pay modes available are cash, cheque, credit card, debit card and DD
28. Food and Civil Supplies – Ration Card: Enroll for Ration Card Service
29. Karnataka Housing Board: Payment of Building Plan Approval Fees and generate GSC number
30. CSC Services: Mobile Prepaid Recharge, Data Card Recharge, DTH Recharge and Payment of LIC Premium. Pay modes available for each of the services are cash and credit card
