Achievements of young Girish Koushik

He is defending World Chess Champion in U-10 category. He also won U-8 Asian chess championships held at New Delhi in 2005. He has won hordes of National, State and district level competitions. Girish, a fifth standard student of St Thomas in Mysore, is being trained by his father Arun Koushik who gave up his business to devote his time and money to his protege
