PROBLEMS
- As Bangalore Rural does not have any major river source, it faces a shortage of potable water, espeacially during summer. It also lacks irrigation projects.
- Rajiv Gandhi Health University has been sanctioned at Ramanagaram but has yet to be set up.
- Government sanctioned an engineering college, but there are no teachers.
- Lack fo power supply has affected many farmers.
- Transport services have been hit due to improper maintenance of roads.
